GE Oil & Gas Takes Occupancy of Westway III

Dienna Nelson Augustine Company was hired to manage the Interior Development of their LEED® Gold Certified Westway III building for GE Oil & Gas. The entire facility, totaling 182,000 SF, was leased by GE Oil & Gas in late 2011. The facility, served by underfloor air distribution, includes corporate offices and conference facilities, and will include food service and showroom facilities as GE Oil & Gas continues to develop their campus at Westway Park. Their Headquarters is located in the 242,000 SF ten story Westway II building, also developed by Dienna Nelson Augustine Company. The completion of the GE Oil & Gas facility at Westway III brings the occupancy of the DNA Westway development to 100%. Interior Architecture was completed by Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum, Mechanical Engineering by I.A. Naman + Associates, and Trademark Construction was the General Contractor for the interior build-out.

Dienna Nelson Augustine Company has also been hired to develop a 52,000 square foot training center on GE Oil & Gas Hydril Technology Center Campus. The training center will provide much needed technology and training areas, conference areas and office space for the Hydril campus.  Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum (HOK) is provideing Architecture and Engineering services, and Tellepsen Builders is the General Contractor.
