As a company, we offer some 27 years of proven performance. Our principals, however, provide almost 70 years of real estate experience. Among them are registered architects, certified public accountants, engineers and support staff who are proficient in all details of commercial real estate.

Our Principals

Peter W. Dienna - President

Mr. Dienna is President of Dienna Nelson Augustine Company. He established the firm in 1981 to specialize in the development of industrial, suburban office and other commercial properties. Mr. Dienna is responsible for overall management, financing and implementation of all of our projects. Prior to establishing Dienna Nelson Augustine Company, Mr. Dienna was a manager and Senior Vice President of the Henry S. Miller (Grubb & Ellis) Houston Office.

Alan M. Augustine, AIA - Principal

Mr. Augustine joined the firm in 1991. He is a registered architect and has overall responsibility for construction management and development services. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Augustine was a partner with the Trammell Crow Company for nineteen years where he was in charge of development services for the Houston office. Mr. Augustine's prior experience also includes 3 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.

Robert A. Carnegie, AIA - Senior Vice President

Mr. Carnegie has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is primarily responsible for day-to-day design and construction operations and project coordination. Mr. Carnegie is a licensed architect. Prior to joining Dienna Nelson Augustine Company in 1998, he managed the Houston architecture, construction and development operations as a Senior Project Manager for Trammell Crow Company.
