Construction Underway

 

 

Announcing DNA Westway Phase 2

Dienna Nelson Augustine Company developing a 422,000 SF Class "A" office campus.  Phase 2 consists of Building II, a ten (10) story corporate class office building at Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway, and Building III a three (3) story corporate office building with under-floor air. Amenities include Corporate class finishes in common areas, granite floors, stone accent walls, stainless steel elevator doors (with 9'-0" tall elevator cabs), and granite restroom counters.  

Access controls are provided for secure, structured parking, available for both buildings. Both buildings will be LEED® Certified, built and operated with the environment and sustainability as a core value.DNA Westway III

Building II (ten story) will be complete January 2009, while Building III (three stroy)will be ready for occupancy in December 2008.

Dienna Nelson Augustine Company's 144,000 square foot multi- tenant office building on the West Belt has received Silver LEED® Pre-Certification!  DNA has leased 80% of the building, including 60% to NATCO GROUP, a public company and leading provider of wellhead process equipment systems and services.  For More information, contact Pete Dienna.
