Dienna Nelson Augustine Company developing a 422,000 SF Class "A" office campus.  Phase 2 consists of Building II, a ten (10) story corporate class office building at Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway, and Building III a three (3) story corporate office building with under-floor air.

Amenities include Corporate class finishes in common areas, granite floors, stone accent walls, stainless steel elevator doors (with 9'-0" tall elevator cabs), and granite restroom counters.
