LEED CERTIFIED Sustainable Office Space

 

 

Westway Office Space is Certified "Green" 

Dienna Nelson Augustine Company has for lease a 422,000 SF Class "A" office campus.  The development includes Building II, a ten (10) story corporate class office building, anchored by GE Oil & Gas, at Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway, as well as Building III a three (3) story corporate office building with under-floor air conditioning. Amenities include Corporate class finishes in common areas, granite floors, stone accent walls, stainless steel elevator doors (with 9'-0" tall elevator cabs), and granite restroom counters.

Building II (ten story) is LEED® Certified Silver, while Building III (three story) is LEED® Certified at the Gold Level.
